i do makeup for weddings, photography, and events.

My duties include:

Advertising, and scheduling appointments.

Creating contracts, and collecting payments.

Keeping all tools and workspaces clean, and sanitized.

Keeping a record of supplies needed, and replenishing supplies.

My husband and I own a Multi-Family home.

We have about 5-6 housing Units rented at all times.

My Duties include:

Advertising, staging, and showing the Units.

Creating Contracts, and lease agreements.

Collecting signatures, and payment.

Cleaning, and preparing units for new tenants.

Yard work, and light maintenance, and remodel projects. (Painting, etc)

I also am available for any questions, or issues that tenants may have with their housing unit.

I worked as a housekeeper in Colorado City Az. cleaning a small vacation rentals, and various other buildings/houses.

Duties included;

Checking bookings, Dishes, window washing,

exchanging linens, yard work, and basic cleaning.

I was a Housekeeper for a luxury vacation destination, Opensky Resort.

My duties included:

Washing dishes, cleaning floors, walls, light fixtures. Cleaning bathrooms, replacing linens, making beds, washing windows, yardwork, and basic housekeeping.

Keeping the cleaning supplies, and cleaning van organized, and in good working order.

I also did laundry, which included washing, drying, and professionally folding linens.
