  • Pull/organize the costumes/accessories needs for the fittings ( coordinating w/ wardrobe supervisors with this as well)

  • Create a weekly schedule for day work and staff appropriately for the needs of the week.
  • Create to do lists for day work to be done. Working in rep , day work consists of turning over two shows at a time.
  • Create dressing tracks for each show and each department ( Ballet Men , Actor Men, Stagehands, and Animal Handlers) and notes for the team. Throughout the rehearsal process , fine tune , and provide dressers with the most up to date tracking and times of changes/locations.
  • Inventory and check in racks that come in from the warehouse for every show (24) and prepare for dry cleaning .
  • In charge of doing laundry for all shows for each department - Ballet Men , Actor Men , Stagehands, and Animal Handlers.
  • Supervise the departments on daily rehearsals and night performances to ensure all presets, changes, and breakdowns are made and to support the team of dressers and to ensure the designers vision when dressing the cast.
