I am a Class B certified CDL driver responsible for assuring WCSD students get transported to and from school safely. I am committed to high standards of efficiency and safety, which improve driver efficiency, student attendance, and a decline in late arrivals and minor traffic accidents. I coordinate and plan skills to achieve results according to schedule, maintain energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment, actively listened to customers' requests, confirming full understanding before addressing concerns, and offer friendly and efficient service to customers, while handling challenging situations with ease. Promoted from Lead Laboratory assistant to Clinical Sample Management Tech II within 9 months of employment.

Increased work production for the Clinical lab by reorganizing the process for accepting and processing samples. Labeled and prepared study materials. Filed and retained study data. Put in charge of training new lab assistants. Responsible for leading the development of a new department by creating a company site-wide inventory excel spreadsheet, designing and maintaining new processes for accepting inventory. Chose optimum curriculum for each class and devised creative daily lesson plans to meet requirements and needs of different learners, focusing on inclusion and multicultural acceptance.
