  • Provide Administrative support to the Director of Buildings and Grounds and the Buildings and Grounds Department.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Buildings and Grounds, coordinate the day-to-day operations of the department to include custodial and maintenance functions.
  • Oversee district facilities maintenance software system (FMX) for work orders, planned maintenance and facility scheduling. Prioritize, allocate and monitor work orders accordingly.
  • Assist the Director with implementing preventative maintenance plans for district buildings and equipment.
  • Schedule, meet and escort contractors to various locations.
  • Request, file and update clearances for contractor personnel. Review all contractor clearances in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
