Over the past decade, I've cultivated a versatile skill set spanning product management, program leadership, engineering management, and people management. Beginning with a solid change management foundation, I transitioned into product, program, and engineering management roles, where I mastered strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership. Today, my passion lies in people management, blending my technical acumen, strategic vision, and leadership abilities. This unique fusion of skills equips me to drive innovation and success in any forward-thinking organization.
My journey at AcreTrader has been defined by adaptability and value creation in startup environments. I joined during rapid expansion as a Senior Product Manager, helping organization agile practices and processes allowing them to concentrate on short- and long-term initiatives while meeting deadlines. I transitioned into a Senior Technical Program Manager role in an accelerated growth phase, optimizing the entire organization's software development lifecycle and initiative cost-benefit analysis shifting between product and program roles, I ensured product evolution during high-intensity timeframes. When faced with growth fluctuations, I led the retail platform engineering and product teams as the Senior Director of Engineering, guiding cross-functional teams, including user experience design. My agile role transitions mirrored AcreTrader's dynamic landscape, contributing to its success. I'm eager to apply my versatile skills in my next challenge, driving value in evolving organizations.
At Walmart, I led a high-performing team delivering startup-style technology solutions across B2D, B2C, and B2B products. My role was a fusion of product and engineering leadership, people management, and mentorship. I invested in our engineering team's growth and mentored team members to navigate the fast-paced tech landscape. My priorities were team development, ecosystem building, innovation, and customer satisfaction. These experiences gave me a versatile skill set for dynamic, evolving environments.
As a retail change implementation consultant, I had the opportunity to be a multi-faceted resource for the retail mortgage organization. During my time on the team, I traveled 50% of the month and covered various regions. Change is inevitable, but during my time on the team it was at an all-time high. I led a national project to implement Dodd Frank Act regulatory changes for the associates and their customers. It was an important moment for the industry. As well, I rolled out the first digital and mobile retail mortgage application.
Spearheading the implementation of B2B and B2C applications and process changes per the Dodd-Frank Act.
