I was hired at Bojangles as a Shift Manager. After one year of employment, I was promoted to an Assistant Unit Director, and after four years, I was promoted to a Unit Director.
In my role as a Unit Director, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing all store associates, ordering supplies for the store, preparing deposits for the bank, conducting cash audits, and controlling and managing store inventory while maintaining a 1.9% food cost. For multiple quarters, I have exceeded expectations for my sales goals.
