• Manage daily opening and closing procedures such as counting the contents of the cash register drawer at the start and end of shift.
• Operating cash registers to process cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing shelves.
• Greeting all customers warmly, becoming familiar with all the regular customers and their names and preferences like a family here.

• I was a server and hospitality provider and easily maintained all aspects of the job duties required for this position.
• I earned very good tips whilst working here in my position, even though the location was of lower volume.
• Stayed informed about daily specials, new menu items, promotions.
• Took orders from customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assisted in training new servers.
• Ensured that each guest was served courteously, quickly, and efficiently.

• I began this job as a Crew Member with basic job duties such as taking customer drive thru and front counter orders, cooking and preparing food, and handling cash at cash registers.
• After 18 months, I began training and quickly became a Shift Lead, in charge of guiding Crew Members in their job duties while on shift.
• After MIT training and successfully receiving all required qualifications, (FoodSafe certifications, knowledge of all hold times and temps, rules and requirements, scheduling, money/safe management) and all other criteria needed to run the restaurant, I became a full-time Assistant Manager.
• In this role I excelled in running smooth, efficient shifts and made many improvements in overall employee morale.
