  • Significant contributer in the renovation of current lab space for the adaptation of new technology (Olink Proteomics - Target and Explore platforms).
  • Determined the equipment, material, and furniture needs for the new technology on an expedited timeline.
  • Prepared reports such as lists of required equipment, consumables, and furniture needed for new technology, site requirement summaries for each new type of equipment, and potential lab drawings.
  • Corresponded with various vendors and field service engineers to procure quotes for all equipment and materials, qualification certifications, and service contracts.
  • Drafted the initial CapEx budget proposal, totaling over $1 million, for my Director. The budget was approved in late November 2024 and all materials were successfully ordered and received before January 2025.
  • Simultaneously coordinated with several equipment and furniture vendors to schedule Installation/Operational Qualifications (IQ/OQ) delivery of furniture to ensure all equipment met regulatory standards in the most efficient way possible.
