Define strategic direction of residential operations alongside the Executive Director.

· Directly manage residential shift supervisors, including training, professional development, performance management, and recruitment.

· Supervise Kitchen manager and ensure adherence to nutritional and health/safety standards

· Oversee implementation of student interventions, plans, supervision, and communication with parents

· Train staff on best practices, policies, and procedures for service delivery in a milieu setting.

· Participate in leadership and treatment team meetings, and on-call rotations.

· Approve payroll documentation and ensure compliance with breaks and leave policies.

· Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Conduct new-hire orientation, ongoing training, and one-on-one staff meetings.
