BCBA Clinical Supervisor duties include training and supervising behavior health technicians, creating and updating client treatment plans and assessments under IBHS guidelines, implementing ABA interventions, creating individual client programming, conducting RBT competency assessments, supervising BHT and client interaction, modeling appropriate intervention techniques for family, client and BHT, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, school observation and data collection using Central Reach software and collaborating with all members of the treatment team to provide the client with the most effective and appropriate interventions.
