I was responsible for 30 residents. Administering their medications and Assisting in ADLs. I worked closely with our doctor, pharmacy, and therapists. I was in charge of supervising my CNAs and making sure their tasks were done efficiently. I documented assessments, vital signs, new orders and medications given. Assisted patients with healing and recovery after surgery. Worked as a team to ensure proper care.
