Summary

The majority of my experience is at a level I trauma center in an inner city where the volume often superseded the available resources. I learned the importance of streamlining ER operations at University Hospitals of Cleveland so our team was able to effectively care for any and all types of patients. I made it a goal to enhance patient care through expert triage, assessment, and critical interventions. My strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient advocacy, coupled with ACLS, TNCC, NIH stroke certifications, and proficiency in emergency procedures have consistently improved outcomes in high-stress situations. I try to lead by example no matter the situation by promoting effective communication with staff, patients, and families, as well as encouraging teamwork to further improve patient outcomes and facilitate a positive working environment. This mentality in turn has positively influenced staff retention and patient satisfaction.
