- Investigate waste, fraud and abuse for the Postal Service, as it relates to but is not limited: mail theft, financial fraud, check fraud, conspiracy and narcotics

- Executes search and seizure warrants, as well as arrest warrants

- Works closely with federal, state and local law enforcement, as well as financial institutions and the U.S. Attorney's Office.

- Utilizes various techniques, including video and digital surveillance, undercover operations, confidential informants and use of advanced technology to determine subject's and co-conspirators

- Serves as a mentor to new agents and student cooperatives

- Previously served as Acting Assistant Special Agent in Charge for several days when supervisor is on leave

- Serves as Law Enforcement Control Tactics Instructor for the field office, since March 2009. Provides law enforcement training in the areas of arrest and control tactics and techniques, intermediate weapons, and defense skills. Also focuses on threat assessment and response, use of force and injury prevention and management

- Serves as Use of Force Instructor for the field office, since August 2009
