Functions supported by this team encompass supplier management, contract management/negotiations, fleet management, P2P, travel & expense, creating practices/procedures, budgeting and reporting to senior management. Recent completed implementations include an AI P2P/Invoice processing application (Basware), SAP Concur Travel & Expense, a Lyft and an Uber travel program for employees and residents. Over a seven-year period our team configured, implemented fully integrated supplier/requisition/purchasing/invoicing and contract management systems (Determine/Corcentric & Basware) along with a spend analytics system (SpendHQ), a travel & expense management system (SAP Concur), activated an e-payables program, and trained thousands of users on the systems. Transitioned from 19 to 88 communities during this time.
