• Proficient in the production and process operation of monitoring control systems, such as flow rates, pressure, temperature, vibration, fluid levels,and process trends. Skilled in maintaining, adjusting, and optimizing production conditions to uphold production and quality levels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Conducts various operational activities on Crude Oil gathering and Processing facilities, as well as Wellhead platforms, to ensure that oil/gas production meets the production target.
• Proficient in handling the start-up/shutdown of processes, managing process upsets, and responding to equipment emergencies with corrective operational measures.
• Ensure timely completion of operator's routines and preventive maintenance tasks.
  Identify, report and follow up on corrective maintenance requirements, corrosion, anomalies, and structural defects in the area.
• Monitor and control process parameters using DCS (Process Control Systems) and field operations systems controlled by Allen Bradley PLC. Perform Wellhead startup/shutdown from the surface and monitor trends/operations on SCADA.
• Knowledge in drilling, workover and Well Intervention operations,encompassing a thorough understanding of well operation standards, process flow, basic flow measurement equipment, safety systems and well completion schematics.
• Initiating work requests, following up on work order backlogs, anomaly lists, and planning for priority jobs. Updating downtime and unplanned downtime records. Reviewing Task Risk Assessments (TRA), ensuring compliance with active Operational Risk Assessments (ORA), following upon Change Approval Forms (CAF), Pre-Startup Check Reports (PSSR) and Anomalies/Mechanical Repair Damage Reports (MCDR)for rectification and closures.
• Adhere to proper Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessment with Permit to Work (PTW). Perform isolation, draining, and purging operations before handing over equipment to the maintenance team. Monitor work activities and progress periodically, ensuring compliance with PTW requirements. Additionally, check equipment performance upon job completion.
• Execute isolations as per procedure for repair & inspection, particularly in Confined Space Entry scenarios. Conduct Level-1 Hotwork in live plant areas for repair jobs, Hydro testing and Commissioning of process lines.
• Maintain accuracy in the activities Logbook, Field reading sheets, and Bypass Register
  for a comprehensive handover during shift changes.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out with due regard to the company's
  HSE regulations and good housekeeping practices. Manage consumables,waste clearance and logistics of material handling.
• Trained in Firefighting all types of Extinguishers such as CO2, DCP, Deludge & Fire monitoring system. Attended Safety and Firefighting courses, H2S Hazard training courses. Participated Fire drills &Emergency drills.
• Involved in the Pre-Commissioning & commissioning activities those includes activities like Leak testing (Air, N2), pneumatic testing, water flushing, blowing (air, N2, steam),
  chemical cleaning, making isolation asper process requirement by providing spades, oil flushing, etc. Depending upon the nature of fluid handling system, Drying, System box up, Tightness test, Energization, Nitrogen displacement with feed in take etc. Before Commissioning of the plant other activities like functional test of Rotating equipments,
  Stroke checking of Control valves and inspection of instrument, checking of the plant for completion as per P&ID etc.
