  • Operations Manager on the Outbound Sort from October 2021-December 2022.


  • Assisted with PnD Operations, Dock Operations, and ISP/TSP contractors in driving the Winchester Outbound towards Top 5 Outbound operations in the Potomac based upon Priority Metrics from the Bottom 50 Outbound operations in the network upon arrival


  • Improved Outbound TLS from a 96% average upon arrival to above the 98.8% goal consistently


  • Improved OVN service from average of 82% to 95% or better consistently through spring 2022 until December of 2022. Gave detailed responses and action plans that were enacted and put in place to push service in the correction.


  • Improved TLH productivity from the low 60s to above goal from May 2022 to December 2022.


  • Improved the Winchester Outbound daily DPUs to Hagerstown from six daily trailer DPUs in October 2021 to zero DPUs by January 2022


  • Certified the Outbound Sort three months in a row from October 2022 to December 2022 with the Outbound still being certified to present day.


  • Currently working on the Preload sort working with PnD to improve areas of opportunity in service improvements. Areas of opportunity are currently Contractor DNAs, Preload Wrap-up, Package Handler Misloads, timely ITQA to proactively prevent future issues.
