  • Planned hands-on experiences in agricultural areas, including planting native plants in the nature center of the school, planting and maintaining the school garden beds, and a landscaping project on the school property.
  • Instructed students on importance of conserving natural resources.
  • Planned and executed a "plant sale" fundraiser for the FFA program, earning over $1000. All plants were raised from seed and grown in the greenhouse by the students.
  • Devised strategies for growing program and generating interest in greater student population. Had the highest requested elective class for the Knox High School 2024-25 school year.

  • Created the "Redskin Closet" a student-service project still in use, to serve the basic needs of students of Knox Middle School. Also served the community in various other ways including writing grants, serving on committees, and being a liaison for the school to the community.
  • Led after-school tutoring sessions for struggling students, helping improve grades and overall academic performance.
  • Participated in professional development opportunities focused on educational trends, continuously refining teaching practices to stay current with industry standards.
