Summary

I have worked with adults with intellectual and physical disabilities for over 5 years . During my years of working with people I have learned and obtained the skills to. Have client charting and computer knowledge. Organizational skills with client paperwork and working in a timely manner. Patience’s and understanding while working with my individuals in stressful environments and maintaining relationships with them and their families as a top priority. I have a passion and love for people in need and in special circumstances. A fast learner and a drive to use creative abilities to use as an educational tool to further a positive experience for those I work with. As of 2021 I completed a Medical Assistant training program and earned my NHA certification as a now Medical Assistant. I started in the medical field in December 2020 as a Monitor Tech and patient care tech with CRMC in the ICU and Medical units. This has led to my further training and knowledge in patient care in a medical setting. I am trained in preforming EKG’S, reading and understanding basic heart rhythms and deciphering common arrhythmic heart conditions. After completing my certification in medical assisting I preformed my clinical studies and work at Southwell in Tifton Ga working with and learning from the staff in the Ortho and Arthritis center. After my time in the ICU, due to life style changes I chose to go on day shift at CRH Medical Specialties until the retirement of the cardiologists. I am currently now at CHR Family Medicine as a medical assistant and desk nurse working with patients, providers, insurances ect. via tele health, EMR, phone calls and patient assistance programs.
