- Working as a Product Manager for the Investigator, Sponsor, Internal, User Access, and Results Management streams of the DPM (Digital Product Modernization) initiative.
- Worked as a Product Manager for ADMC (Advanced Data Management Capabilities) which was the first ever official product leading to successful launch of product management strategy at Labcorp.
- Worked as a Product Manager on End to End Sample Management Lifecycle project that aimed at providing our sponsor partners the visibility into meaningful information and insights to proactively manage, preemptively prevent, and quickly address specimen issues.
- Worked as a Product Manager/Delivery Lead on Xcellerate Recruitment and Forecasting project. As a lead of a massive global team, I managed 10 developers, 5 testers, 2 Business Analysts. In addition to setting up a product based workflow, I successfully delivered a technically and functionally enhanced product now being used by Fortrea, a CDCS (Clinical Data and Commercialization Services) company spun-off from Labcorp.

- Lead Business Analyst on development of a Digital Query Resolution Capability between business clients and support services, called eQuery.
- Lead Business Analyst on an electronic Kit Inventory Capability, a feature that was instrumental in providing relief to clients and sites during a critical period of 2020.
- Working as a Functional Lead on Xcellerate Site and Investigator Database, an application for building digital site and capability profiles for customers.
- Worked on the Single-Sign On initiative, an answer to various nuisances like numerous user IDs, their costly maintenance, difficulty in audits, limited federation and customer frustration.
- Worked to analyze and update multiple applications for the ‘Date of Birth to Age’ project that addressed the need to comply with EU regulations regarding the use of Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
