3- Part Blood Cell Counter, 1 year 8 months, 21, Coulter counter principle, Beer lambert’s law, Fluidics, Motor driver, Inter processor communication, DMA, SDRAM, ADC, Valve driver, Peak detection algorithms, SPI, UART., CC Studio, Tera Term, Doxygen, SVN, Adobe XD, QT, Virtual Box, Embedded C Developer., The scope of this project was to develop the three-part Hematology analyzer from the scratch. It takes the idea of coulter counter principle for acquiring the analog signals from the blood cells and an algorithm along with it analyses the acquired data. The whole working of the machine is based on the movement of a few stepper motors and valves., Gathering requirements and preparation of requirement specification document, Creation of Product requirements for Micro-controller unit, Analysis and designing of firmware architecture, preparation of software HLD document, Configuring peripherals like Timers, ADC, PWM, DMA, IPC, EMIF, External interrupts on controller, Interfacing following peripherals with controller: Motor drivers, Valve Drivers, Heater Drivers, LED drivers, Pressure sensor, Optical sensor, Temperature sensor, SDRAM, Implemented SPI protocol between controller and motor driver IC and valve driver IC, Implementation and finetuning of peak detection algorithm for cell detection, Converted a peak detection algorithm from embedded C to C++, Debugged Embedded C Code on prototype board using JTAG debugger, Application development using C++ and Qt., Involved in basic board bring up activities, Debugging and bug fixing., Creating Wireframes using Adobe XD tool for developing GUI Screens
