As a Customer Service Representative at Publix, my job is all about making sure customers have the best experience possible. I greet them with a smile, answer their questions, and help resolve any issues they might have whether it’s a return, an exchange, or just finding the right product.

I also handle transactions at the customer service desk, assist with money services, and make sure everything runs smoothly. If a customer has a concern, I do my best to find a solution while following company policies. Keeping the area clean and organized is also part of my day, along with helping other departments when needed.
