Accomplishments

  • Came into Contently after a year of no dedicated finance team and had to revamp financials for the fiscal audit as well as manage an overhaul of a failed ERP implementation.
  • Took ownership of the financial model to obtain greater insight in order to inform and support leadership in making strategic decisions.
  • Due to my ability to automate processes, I have been able to make considerable impacts to the close processes in all of my roles. Most significantly, I was able to move Contently from a 40+ day close to a 5 day close.
