  • I am a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and with over 39 years, experience in variety of Transportation Projects
  • During twenty-five years at VDOT I have achieved extensive experience and substantial knowledge of transportation project development and delivery process both in Locality and VDOT administered transportation program with related associated regulatory, finance and legal constraints per funding source and maintenance jurisdiction areas.
  • I am very familiarity and have a good understanding of policies and practices related to local administration of transportation project development and delivery.
  • Extensive knowledge and extensive understating of Local Program I spare headed and successfully championed creation of unique Tool which is called “LAP-MAP”. This tool was refined in 2023 and is in state wide use.
  • Provide training to NOVA localities, consultants and district at LAP/ACEC workshop and at Annual Local Workshop at state level attendance to all staff involved with locality administered project development and delivery processes.
  • Discuss Dashboard report with all NOVA District Localities at monthly coordination meeting and provide guidance to staff to modify schedule as necessary.
  • Participate and represent NOVA LAP section at important meeting with localities and other VDOT sections to provide support and guidance to stay on track and on budget.

I-66 HOV Widening, Prince William County, Adding one SOV and one HOV lane on each side. One bridge replacement. Construction Cost $44 Million +/-. University Boulevard, Prince William County, A 4-lane divided highway on new alignment with one bridge over I-66 and a railroad. Construction Cost $11 Million +/-. Route 7 Widening Projects, Fairfax County, Converting the existing 4-lane divided roadway to a 6-lane divided roadway with shared-use path. Construction Cost $22 Million +/-. I-495 Sound Wall at West Langley, Fairfax County, Retrofit a Sound Wall on I-495 at West Langley subdivision, including drainage and MOT on Interstate I-495. Construction Cost $1.8 Million +/-.
