My family and I visit the Children's Hospital of Richmond each last Sunday of the month and provide them with therapeutic socialization through tactile recreational activities. We also cook and deliver and prepare food to the Families First Shelter on Nine Mile Rd. in Richmond, Virginia twice a month or as much as permitted to assist the dietary and emotional support needs of families struggling in poverty during the current housing and mental health crisis climate.
