  • As a Texas Works Advisor II, I continue to conduct interviews to determine eligibility by inbound and outbound calls for all programs such as SNAP, MA, TANF and MEPD.

  • For the Virtual Interview Center (VIC) I work on phones by both receiving calls that come in through the CCC escalation lines or answer phone calls that come in through the interview line.
