  • Oversaw Stores High-Volume Go-Back projects which consisted of multiple phases; shrink and reassign multiple product categories to off-site warehouse, reposition Team Member Service Center to that previous stockroom space, and finally expand Fulfillment hold-space by 10x its previous square footage in order to better support the growing business.
  • Built partnerships with the following leaders: General Contractor (GC) Superintendents, GC Project Managers, Field Implementation Business Partner (FIBP), HQ On-Site Representative (OSR), Property Management Business Partner (PMBP), Property Management Sr. Director (PM Sr. D), and trade for-men.
  • Leveraged existing Store Operations partnerships with District Sr. Director, Store Operations Directors, and multiple Executive Leads to share updates and project needs in a timely fashion.
  • Completed project 3 months ahead of schedule, despite procurement delays caused by COVID-19 pandemic by reassigning core teams to other tasks while key goods were sourced from local suppliers.
  • Continued to remain #1 in district across the board for all Fulfillment Operations reporting, while also further growing the business.
