- Leveraged existing Store Operations partnerships with District Sr. Director, Store Operations Directors, and multiple Executive Leads to share updates and project needs in a timely fashion.
- Completed project 3 months ahead of schedule, despite procurement delays caused by COVID-19 pandemic by reassigning core teams to other tasks while key goods were sourced from local suppliers.
