Assist the inquirer with determining the short-term and long-term circumstances that might influence a choice between various benefits.   • Provide technical answers to inquiries from employees, managers, supervisors, and officials related to specialty area. Became knowledgeable of the Motor Vehicle Administration’s regulations, interpretive materials, procedures, and process established by the state of Maryland. Use management and organizational techniques, systems, and procedures to coordinate activities. Participate in analyzing and evaluating major program goals and objectives. Liaison between staff and management and overall support staff between the Largo Branch itself and HR Department located in Headquarters’ office.
