At the Social Hub in Florence, Italy, I managed high volume service with multiple skill sets required including serving, bartending, food running, and barista. On top of the various practical skills required, I always attended to customers with authentic kindness and enthusiasm, creating a memorable experience for customers from all around the world.

• As the manager of all coffee production, my responsibilities included but were not limited to, overseeing production to ensure customer satisfaction, see to it that all orders were being fulfilled accurately and efficiently, implementing and creating systems to guarantee quality and improve workflow, managing inventory and budget, customer communications both in-person and through online platforms, updating online sales platforms, and scheduling and supervising production employees.

• My responsibility was to remain as informed, knowledgeable, and approachable as possible for customers planning their outdoor adventures. A day at Sports LTD consisted of learning about the needs of customers in order to provide the best mountain equipment possible for them. I upheld a value for a very personal, helpful, and educational experience in our store, to make sure customers always felt cared for and prepared.

• Operating in a fast-paced environment, my responsibilities were to successfully multi-task while remaining kind, approachable, and professional to customers and co-workers. I did my best to create a very personable experience for customers while also preparing drinks and food with quality, consistency, and speed.

• I maintained the restaurant’s high expectations of excellence and professionalism to provide a fine dining experience. Includes food preparation and food running, which requires both customer service skills for the front of house, and accuracy and efficiency for the back of house.

• Provide a fun and friendly dining experience for the residents at Mt. Bachelor Memory Care. Responsibilities include: taking and delivering orders, serving and expediting food, serving drinks, bussing, and cleaning.
