I have begun putting together a network to help redo the addiction spectrum in the state of ND.

I have networked from public elected officials, to jail administration, to programs that are spread across North Dakota and co-oped with Community Options to try to all work together at meeting people at their worst and intervening to give them a chance to get to their best, as most never get the services they need to change their lives.

Additional Information

I consider myself to be very well balanced and well disciplined. I am always upbeat and have established very good boundaries to be able to work in human services and not take my work home with me. I have very good references and a very knowledgeable support system that believes in me and keeps me moving to know that the sky is the limit. I have a very interpersonal way of connecting with people while respecting these boundaries. I have prided myself in being able to work with anyone in any work situation and being able to pull them all together to do a better job either as a team or as individual supports for each other in different areas at the same company. I am very self driven and I don't let anything hold me back.
