I was one of the few to help contribute to the fairly new opening of this plant. My eagerness to grow and tackle new challenges, I was selected to train for the most vital department. Within a year and half I became a Section Lead for the biggest department in the plant working hands on with the team to ensure productivity and quality standards were met. I was made a point of contact for EHS due to preventing accidents and reporting incident's/near misses in a timely matter. We were challenged to deliver a high in demand spike for a certain product while also maintaining production. I proposed to management an innovated idea to maintain production flow while also meeting the delivery of the high in demand item. Due to the success and my ability to challenge the status quo, I was assigned to oversea two high volumed vital departments. This assignment has aloud me to focus on process and procedures working hand and hand with our engineering department and product launch technicians to ensure process standards. Skilled in identifying opportunities for enhancement productivity as giving me the opportunity to collaborate with our process technicians and quality assurance team. I have maintained quality production growth ensuring safety of machinery and equipment with maintenance and facilities technicians. In order to meet product demand and ensure inventory, I partner with production control and production inventory assistance rigorously. The daily contributions of my teams play a leading factor to the overall successes in meeting the organizational goals.
