  • Conduct credit checks, reference checks, previous rental verifications, and other investigations regarding potential tenants and or applicants to determine their creditworthiness and potential financial stability to complete the lease agreement.
  • Follow up with perspective tenants who have inquired regarding specific properties or general inquiries as to available leasing options as well as scheduling showings of the potential properties to inquiring customers.
  • Maintain, update, and edit listings of available rental properties, Their specifications, and requirements.
  • Log in tenant complaints, schedule repairs of leased premises, and review parking permit request.
  • Greet customers, answer their questions, provide information, and answer telephone calls, leasing inquiries, and complaints.
  • Contact tenants that have past due accounts, refer accounts to collection, coordinate the eviction process and notices.
