Summary

From passionate teacher to stay at home mother, with an elite skill level in multitasking, problem solving, time management, and what should be an equivalent to a masters in "just figuring it out." I am highly skilled in communication, professionalism, and working well under high pressure. I have been fortunate to work with a variety of students and families from other cultures and developed positive relationships with them. At home I manage multiple schedules, needs, meals, repairs, finances, and transportation. This job does translates back into the workforce as it presents many challenges and it is a constant learn on the job environment where I have spent long hours in self reflection and utilizing a large variety of resources to seek self improvement. Finally, please note that for myself (and most mothers) set backs might occur, but failure is never an option. The stakes are too high and my motivation simply will not allow it. I know with a borderline obnoxious amount of confidence, I will succeed in this sought role.

This was achieved by fostering an inclusive classroom culture based on respect and collaboration.
