Accomplishments

In 2016, I started work within real estate industry, investing in homes, remodeling, hiring the appropriate contractors and developing a business relationship, and eventually became a licensed agent. After completion of the homes we would either sell the property making a profit or use them as rental income. By 2022 we had 5 rentals and sold 16 refurbished homes. When I started with Canton Management Company I had knowledge of what sells a home but quickly learned the importance of getting the work done quickly, efficiently, and cost effective manner. I have a passion for the work, the drive for perfection, work incredibly well multitasking while under a time restriction, I have completed turns in as little as 3 days.

I had the opportunity different areas in real estate and have developed a love for the industry.
