Amy Cheveallier

Summary

I currently have 15 years teaching experience in a variety of classes. I have taught many different grade levels from Kindergarten to 12th grade. In May 2020, I obtained my Masters in Education Leadership in hopes to move into an administrative position in the Ouachita Parish School System. Four years ago I moved to a new position as the librarian, at Swayze Elementary to have the opportunity to start learning about the administration side of education. Since taking this role I have been the testing coordinator for LEAP 2025, LEAP Connect, IReady Diagnostic, Innovative Assessment, K-3 Literacy Screener and Star Reading. I have served as a member of the school leadership team, and the technology coordinator.
