  • Read several blueprints for each New Store to determine which fixtures, furniture and equipment needed to be ordered in a timely manner.
  • Ordered fixtures for Comp Stores for two years, building and streamlining the program. Presently working with Facilities to roll out a new process to Comp Stores to make ordering easier while providing them real-time information on where their order is in the process.
  • Worked with FFE Manager and Real Estate Director on a process that allows bulk ordering of fixtures to improve wait times of fixtures to Comp Stores.

Accomplishments

    I pioneered the Michaels Culture Crafters Make & Take Program in 2023 and successfully ran it for 2 years. It increased from 2 to 4 Support Center buildings on a small budget due to thrifty procurement practices as well as collaboration with the Alliance DC. I built a Leadership Team of 12 people who worked in all 4 buildings with an objective of encouraging Team Members to work together and build connections in a creative and fun work environment.
