• ED nurse trained for bedside care of a 7:2 patient to nurse ratio with team style nursing. Care includes neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Clinic Resource Nurse, Triage, Greet, Communication RN, relief Charge RN and Trauma RN.

• Responsible for management and coordination of care for four patients in an acute care setting. These responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluating nursing care needs for patients, taking into consideration both physical and psychosocial elements. Skills utilized are time management, critical thinking, organization and prioritization of care, strong and open communication, teamwork, and care plan implementation all within a fast paced environment.
