  • Regional Human Resources Director for Aperion Care, where I was responsible for 13 facilities throughout Southern/Central Illinois, and Kansas, this role changed throughout the years and I was given more facilities at times, and less at times, depending on acquisitions and sales of buildings.
  • My main role was to oversee company compliance, and all rules and regulations to protect the business
  • The Regional HRD is responsible for overseeing payroll compliance, approving raises, terminations, rehires, FMLA, work comp, employee education compliance, verifying licenses and credentials, employee evaluations and performance improvement plans, writing policies and procedures, orientation and trainings, and general supervision of buildings during visits
  • During my three years as Regional HRD, I have maintained consistent HRD Staff by building trust and empowering them in their roles by providing ongoing training and guidance
  • Some of the things I'm most proud of is the Increased compliance with training overall, decreased Union issues, and minimal HR tags through my Regions.
