Client Projects

  • Instructional Design Project – Susan G. Komen Idaho-Montana, Fall 2017, Conducted needs analysis and designed instruction using ADDIE and research-based principles of adult learning to meet client’s strategic business objectives. Collaborated virtually with team, client SMEs, and stakeholders to increase volunteer accuracy and effectiveness when responding to event attendee questions. Determined that using a blended learning approach would be best to accomplish the objectives: asynchronous pre-training exercise (eLearning module), synchronous training, and asynchronous post-training.
  • Needs Analysis Project – Organizational Performance & Workplace Learning (OPWL) Alumni Club, Fall 2019, Four-person team performed needs assessment for newly formed OPWL Alumni Club. Surveyed club members, administrators, and staff using email surveys as well as in-depth Zoom interviews to detail their needs perspective for the organization. Researched services offered by organizations of comparable size and purpose to help determine the services and events that best serve member needs. Completed qualitative analysis of surveys and interviews to determine which services are most important to club members.
