Joined the Disney team as they were in planning to migrate from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities included providing expertise on SAP Leading Practices, working with functional and technical team members to scope and plan the effort. Project was put on hold due to other Disney priorities.

• Responsible for SAP SuccessFactors practice in the Americas including 200 team members across North, Central and South America, reporting to VP of the Service Line. Managed to Sales Pipeline targets of ~$75M per year.
• Senior Executive Sponsor leading IBM's migration from Workday to SuccessFactors encompassing full suite for 350,000 employees across 120+ countries, multiple languages, 600+ integrations and 200+ automations. Responsible for managing 400+ strong global team delivering in a "follow-the-sun" schedule with a Big Bang go live.
• Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors Executives, sales and marketing teams to co-create compelling SuccessFactors solutions, both for IBM and other SuccessFactors customers. Leverage strong relationships with SAP Product to influence product roadmap and escalate and resolve product issues.
• Build and mentor a dynamic, multi-generational, multi-cultural, global team to deliver business results and develop into the next generation of leaders.

• Leveraged deep SAP SuccessFactors suite knowledge to design and deliver solutions for global customers in various industries including entertainment, transportation, financial services, manufacturing, high tech and others.
• Drove change management initiatives to ensure exceptional employee experiences and seamless adoption of SAP SuccessFactors across diverse businesses and geographies.

• As CEO, grew a business from the ground up to deliver exceptional SAP SuccessFactors programs to Fortune 1000 clients across the globe.
• Built strong relationships with SAP SuccessFactors Channel Sales and Large Enterprise Account Executives.
• Was the Go-To consultant for SAP Services and Account teams to remediate implementation issues and improve customer satisfaction with the SuccessFactors product.
• Completed Customer Success Checks on behalf of SAP for SuccessFactors customers, identifying optimization opportunities for customers to achieve more ROI from their systems investments.
