Managed a team in the design and installation of high-end residential staging for real estate, including furniture, rugs, bedding, lighting, art, and accessories. Consulted with homeowners on the preparation of their home for the real estate market, including paint colors, home improvements, and staging.

Founded and managed retail furnishings showroom and art gallery, including interior design services. Developed the business concept and plan, established the retail lines and vintage furnishings, purchased and merchandised all product. Curated artists' work in the showroom and held monthly gallery shows. Commissioned artists' work for interior design and retail clients. Hired, managed, and mentored a small support staff.
