  • Collaborate with operations department, warehouse, engineering, system design and third party construction company to analyze material requiring either a new Construction Unit (CU) or the revision of a current Unit. Review associated CU material with Asset Management to decide whether there is a current asset within our system that can be applied to the CU or if a new asset needs to be created. Update any revisions or changes with Asset Management Plant Analyst , GIS and CU Committee.
  • Coordinated with asset management department to execute asset management module clean-up, asset G/L clean-up, and CU review in ABS, alongside recent new item number generation to assess necessity of CU and/or assets. Eliminated duplicate entries in the Master CU folder in Box to enhance organization and accessibility.
