  • Tenure began as a contract position to transition the company from a PEO to fully insured benefits plan and company administered payroll program. Transitioned to FT position in mid 2023.
  • HR Specialist for the company during large growth from approximately 65 to 110+ employees.
  • Processed payroll, managed all aspects of benefits from open enrollment to employee changes and annual benefits renewal. Monthly billing and reconciliation for all lines of benefits and payroll JE's. Multi-state payroll with employees in 18+ states. Ensured federal, state and local laws were properly set up and followed within each state.
  • Worked with the Executive Leadership and management team on policies & procedures, hiring, coaching and counseling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Executive Assistant to the CEO.
  • Office Manager responsibilities for 2 office locations in Austin & New Braunfels, TX. Supported the needs for all employees, local and remote across the US. Coordinated, scheduled and booked quarterly All Hands meetings to include travel, off-site conference space, food & beverage.

  • Responsible for all aspects of HR including payroll, recruiting, hiring, terminations, policy compliance, 401(K) administration and auditing, employee and manager coaching and counseling.
  • Worked with ownership to facilitate an acquisition of 2 separate companies that included the addition of 80+ employees in 2018.
  • Unfortunately handled a massive reduction in force due to the economic downturn brought on by the Covid pandemic in March of 2020.
  • Help to facilitate a merger/acquisition in June of 2020 that resulted in the creation of multiple new entities requiring the set-up of new payroll, benefits company policies etc.
  • Continued to support the 4 entities and all employees during the transition.
