
The counseling relationship is one in which the counselor helps you to identify goals and reach them. The counselor is there to support, encourage and educate. Too often we focus on our weaknesses. I believe that by focusing on your strengths and your values, you can become empowered to make the changes that help you to feel better and to build the life you want. Growth and change can lead to greater wellness and overall quality of life. I believe this is possible for anyone!
