Spotlight Award for Contemporary and Classica Ballet.

In my youth, I use to dance, seriously.  I was awarded, as a semi-finalist, in a competition called "The Spotlight Award."  The finalist would be awarded a scholarship.  The scholarship would help pay for college.  I did not make it, as a finalist.  But, overall, it was fun, challenging, and counted it as a wonderful blessing.  I was awarded, as a semi-finalist, in 1998, at The Spotlight Award Competition.  To this day, I feel so much gratitude that I could have had the opportunity to be part of it. As well as gratitude towards my parents, teachers, and childhood friends.  This was an experience that shaped me as a human being, as an artist, and athlete.  I was, and still I am very thankful for it all.  I was one of the lucky one's.

Accomplishments

  • Customer Relations - Earned highest marks for customer satisfaction, company-wide.
  • Customer Follow-up - Ensured that customers were satisfied with company products and services by doing purchase follow-up calls.
  • Documented and resolved an issue with a customer that was owed money for a bad check, as well as other's that was given bad checks by this one bad individual. This was a long suffering job; but, over another few months, it did get resolved.
  • Resolved product issue through consumer testing.
