- I helped to start the Arkansas Better Chance for School Success Program at Bost, Inc. in 2007. I supervised three employees and two classrooms of preschool aged children (30). I was the lead teacher in a classroom of twenty students as well as conducted many other supervisory duties. I was in charge of choosing and implementing daily lesson plans/activities with the help of my Child Development Associate.
- I helped take care of the yearly budget and expenditures for the classrooms, purchased supplies, planned family involvement activities, etc. I also planned for any field trips, class visitors, parent/teacher conferences, meetings with the school district, social workers, etc.

- I worked at Bost Hand-in-Hand Child Developmental Center. My job duties included screening and evaluating children for suspected developmental delays using the Brigance, Battelle, and Vineland Evaluation Tools. I also wrote goals and objectives to be included in the children's Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) for the children who qualified for services. I was also a team member at the child's IFSP meeting. I helped to implement the children's goals and objectives in the classroom setting. I also helped the parents with any services they may have needed outside of Bost. I would refer the families to other services if needed.
