- Collaborate with regional directors to develop and maintain rolling forecast

- Collaborate with regional directors to develop and maintain the forecast for these two regions
- Track core employee utilization to ensure groups are operating efficiently against budget
- Manage and review all overhead costs for the regions
- Review job-level financial performance and identify areas of concern
- Collaborate with operations to identify needs, develop strategy, and implement solutions
- Help develop plans to increase revenue and build relationships with clients
- Provide support to field personnel anywhere needs arise relating to their ongoing projects
Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist
- Manage the receipt and posting of payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare, manage, and distribute monthly aging reports to monitor outstanding receivables and help ensure timely follow-up and efficient cash flow management
- Reach out to customers to get payment status on past due receivables and document all communications regarding said payment status for future reference
- Prepare invoices for all lump sum projects
Lead Field Accountant
- Manage costs associated with operations during turnarounds
- Collaborate with project managers to adjust budgets and resources as necessary
- Help implement cost-saving measures without compromising operational efficiency
- Manage a team of field accountants assigned to project
- Prepare and analyze reports to be distributed both internally and to customers
- Enter all cost data accurately and timely into both internal systems and various customer-required systems
