I have worked with LLP off and on for 20 plus years. During much of this time I was a Lead Teacher in either 2K, 3K, 4K or their after school program. As I had children I chose to be a stay at home mom for 2 years with each pregnancy, My oldest child had undiagnosed Autism until high school. There were a couple of occasions where I has to stop working for several months to address his behavior and mental health. I am happy to report that since being properly diagnosed his issues have decreased and he recently finished high school, As you noticed on my resume, I did not work summers when my children were young. LLP had no issues with this and we both knew I would be back when school started. However, because of LLP policy my employment was terminated at the end of each school year and I was rehired every August. I have worked with children from 8 weeks old to 5th grade. During the Covid lock down I completed all 120 hours for my CDA through ProSolutions. Unfortunately, due to the post lock down DHEC policies I could not be observed in the classroom. As you know this is needed to finalize the course and allow me to take the final test. I am more than willing to retake this course if needed.
