Led the video localization project for Delta Force: Hawk Ops' first reveal at Gamescom 2023. As the project lead of four team members, I managed the localization processes of the trailer video and other marketing materials, from start to finish, This project significantly enhanced our website traffic from non-English-speaking regions, leading to greatly increased user engagement globally.

Game Custom Machine Translation Project

Initiated and led a custom machine translation engine training project, utilizing Azure AI Translator and NMT models. Managed data collection, cleaning, and training with a 30,000-segment dataset. Evaluated system with BLEU score and human assessment, ensuring linguistic precision. Developed the integration plan for game and forum content, improving translation efficiency with a shorter turn-around time and enhancing global player engagement.
