Years of professional experience
As a learning and development professional with over ten years of experience, I have worked on program design and assessment, including curriculum research, course development, application, evaluation, and enactment of necessary changes. I have expertise in converting face-to-face instructor-led programs into web-based distance programs and have navigated various learning management systems. I am confident that my strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite make me an excellent fit for the Academic Support Advisor role at Chamberlain University.
