Program Leadership & Compliance

• Oversaw all aspects of Special Education and categorical programs, ensuring alignment with IDEA, Section 504, and state regulations.

Data-Informed Decision-Making & Fiscal Oversight

• Led student-centered coaching cycles, IEP case management, and RTI coordination while providing professional development and coaching as an Instructional Coach and Instructional Specialist.
• Taught grades 2–5 over 12 years, including roles as a Third Grade Teacher (8 yrs), Fourth Grade Teacher (2 yrs), Fifth Grade Teacher (1 yr), and Second/Third Combination Teacher (1 yr).

• Provided specially designed instruction to secondary students enrolled in Life Skills and Resource Room programs.
